Absolutely terrible. Poor customer service and poor products. I went in to get my iPhone 11 screen fixed and not only did they break the new screen while putting it in, they didn’t have any more stock and I had to wait for hours. After about 3 days my phone started to mess up again and the colour of the screen went and parts started to disappear. After going back in they changed it for free, luckily. However! That new screen started to fall out of the phone and when I went back in, they refused to fix it and wanted me to pay more money for their poor construction.Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

I got my Samsung s22 ultra screen replaced here. They had great prices and fast service. Very impressed with the service I received. I will use these guys again.

Went into to get a screen protector, told me it was $25 for a tempered glass so I left my phone to get it fitted , when I returned he said its only $20 because it wasn't a tempered glass I stead it was just a sheet of plastic that didn't cover the whole screen and was cut with scissors and doesn't cover the whole screen and was peeling within hours , absolutely a rip off and will never return and I don't recommend anyone to go why not be honest and say I don't have the correct one?Instead he proffered to make $20 terrible service

Told me to pay $150 and then they add $25 on to it and since I couldn't pay the hole thing they took my photo ID and said it was $175 when they said $150

Very disappointed with the customer service. I took my Apple Watch in to get the screen replaced. It wasn’t ready when they said it would be. After having it back for two days the screen came off again because it wasn’t installed correctly. They said to come in to pick it up the following day. I went in 3 separate times and it still wasn’t ready. They took another 4 days to fix it. The contact number doesn’t even go to the store, it goes to some ladies mobile who has no idea about anything. Can’t believe you can run a business like this to be honest.

Absolutely fantastic service. Extremely happy with how my phone was fixed, the prices, and the customer service. Chloe was absolutely brilliant, and fixed my phone as well as put a screen protecter on it, and also a new screen protector and watch strap for my smart watch. Couldnt be happier with the product knowledge and advice offered. Highly recommend!
