The lady at the till was extremely rude and arrogant. We asked to use the toilet, which we didn’t know they didn’t have. She went off, screaming pay and leave now . Absolutely disgusting behaviour, terrible customer service. Management need to visit this branch and evaluate their staff.

I had the unfortunate displeasure of visiting this shop last Friday evening. I was a regular customer, and up until now seemed like a bog standard servo and convenience store. Some of the rudest treatment by retail staff I’ve experienced in a long time. I won’t be coming back!!! V poor form.

Visited Muzz Buzz for my daily coffee, staff know me (or my car) and most times have my RBO started, or ready when I come to the window. Says how many coffees I get then. Always friendly staff.

Just got served by a Rude pink haired lady who treated my mental health client with disrespect firstly laughing at him for the way he spoke then pulling faces as he walked away. I did let her know her actions were unnecessary and explained he has an illness . These actions should never be acceptable from any workers
