This is a good place to start if you're interested in alternative fitness...but the quality of the courses just isn't there if you want to progress further. It feels like it is almost in a late 90s/early 2000s time warp, with fully grown women acting somewhat immaturely at times. Definitely feel some of the instructors are there for their own benefit, rather than the participants. It has potential to be great, but not quite hitting the mark.

The best staff, fun classes and good vibes all around ❤️ the instructors are very experienced and friendly. They are always ready to support and boost your confidence as you try new moves. The trial classes were a great way to get a taste of the apparatus before signing up to a course. They cater to all fitness levels, and the classes are all girls only! Definitely recommend trying out SheMoves!

Loved the experience. We did this as a hens party package and it was such a great experience. We did an extremely enjoyable workout prior to dining... the bride to be loved the experience what else do you want. The instructor was informative too....... definitely recommend it..

Great studio with friendly atmosphere. I am going to the Perth studio pole dance class for the last five months now and I am really happy with all my improvements, thanks to good tips from my teacher. I highly recommend ! (also they do super fun workshops)

An absolutely wonderful studio offering all the aerial sports you could want: pole, silks, lyra and trapeze.Shemoves has small class sizes so you'll have lots of one-on-one attention, tiered skill progression for every sport starting at beginner so you won't be forced into an advanced course struggling to keep up just because you started mid-term, professional-grade equipment, affordable prices, and fun instructors who love what they do and go above and beyond to look after you, encourage and support you.Aerial sports are the best recreational exercise I've ever tried, and you won't get a better experience doing them than at Shemoves.

I went to the beginners introductory pole dancing class and thoroughly enjoyed it! I felt really welcome and the individual attention from the instructor was very much appreciated. I was surprised I could actually get some spins achieved. I am hoping to be able to sign up for the beginners 6 week program when it starts next time.

We went to Perth studio for a hens. It was heaps of fun. The instructors were friendly and helpful. They took away any nerves and it was amazing. Thank you Cat and Alison my daughter had a great time.

The respect and care that the staff and instructors of Shemoves give is incredible, and I've never felt more confident in my movements and self. I just finished the beginners pole class and have built strength all over in the process and I look forward to every session. I and can't wait to start the next level up. Special thanks to Kelly, Orvi and my amazing instructor Genevieve for providing such amazing service and kindness. I definitely recommend anyone doing a trial class, because I think you'll be itching to come back.
