Extremely bad service..given one star because thats least option i have otherwise I would give negative.......I bought facial cream and sunscreen and they didn't put tester for sunscreen over so I asked one of there staff if they can put tester but she refused to do so even though there was testers for all other products and she suggested me it's good so I bought it but I got reaction to that sunscreen and when came to exchange my facial cream as I mistakenly took tone up instead of gel one...they than refused to exchange that as well so my $60 dollar wasted....and yes they are quite expensive compared to other shops who sell korean and Japanese skin care products.....just because they know that this products are trending this days and have demand for it they just rip off people.

Bad service.Was checking out products (checked products in front/with staff so there's no possibility I could ever take anything). Before I left, she checked every corner of my bag, touching all of my things & rummaging through it(now I know that some stores check your belongings but this was very rude). It was quite disappointing & embarrassing at the same time as I felt biased since only mine was checked out of all the ppl. Service should be better if they want to retain/get more customers.

New Koyo Cosmetics store in Karrinyup shopping centre looks great.

Went in to the store and didn’t find the service very friendly. Quite an abrupt attitude and gruff in manners too.

Great products, range could be better. Prices a lot more expensive than can be bought online but, when I don’t want to wait for shipping I’ll come here. Service could be better. Im not sure if it’s because I’m male and have brown skin but staff don’t usually offer to help until they know I’m spending a lot of money or engage with them first. My last customer service experience was definitely the best, one mandarin speaking girl in particular. I think making the store/customers feel more welcome on arrival would be the best thing for business, especially since all items can be bought much cheaper online. Will continue to come back but only for emergencies. Thank you :)
