TrustTel exceeded my expectations with their outstanding service. When I reached out to them to improve my internet speed, their friendly and attentive customer service team swiftly arranged for a technician to visit.I was completely unaware that I had access to NBN to the house. My (then) current telco had no problem charging me, but throttling my speeds to sub 40s.Thanks to Ben and the TrustTel team, I'm now paying the same monthly fee, but my speeds have at least doubled and near tripled. Had I not reached out to the team, I'd have no idea that I had access to these kinds of speeds!

I have been with TrustTel for over 6 months now and can say there have been no problems whatsoever. Payment takes 1 minute over the phone and I’ve never had problems doing this.
