Really really disappointed in the quality of my timber venetian blinds. The blinds are less than 4 years old, and now don't open (2 separate blinds). The issue started when they were about 3 years old. Apollo Blinds will not assist - I will be charged a $95 call out fee for them to simply come out and look. I would NEVER use Apollo again and caution others from doing so, I can't believe the quality (and they weren't cheap), or the absolute lack of customer service. Go elsewhere.

Apollo Blinds provided an awning and external blind for our home. The blinds and fittings arrived promptly, the service and installation was carried out efficiently, all at a competitive price. Happy to recommend the company.

Great customer service, competitive prices , was delivered and installed 2 weeks ahead of estimated time and I absolutely love the blinds I got. Look superb. Will definitely use them again in the near future!

Appalling service. Sales guy disorganised and slow, deposits not automaticaly registered, wrong measurements taken, no customer care to speak of and quoted 4 week install has taken 4 months as a result!

Cannot recommend Apollo Blinds in the Illawarra more then enough! Such friendly service from the first consult down to installation. Excellent customer service. Very competitive pricing. No-fuss installation. Very happy we chose to go with Apollo Blinds Wollongong to finish our house renovations. The Shutters and roller blinds look great.
