I love all the vibrant colours and Jane's tutorials are very informative so it's easy to try new things. I also went along to one of Jane's workshops with wine and nibbles and was a lot of fun.

It has been a pleasure buying Plain Jane paints from start to finish. Ive been looking for paints for a while and Janes paints caught my eye over others because her palette is so fresh and modern and just more down-to earth colours. Also because it is an Australian business and I would rather support another mother than another big company. I was a little unsure about buying paints but every question I had Jane personally replied to and within the hour. It really is fantastic when you can personally speak to the woman herself and does show how passionate she is about her business. After receiving the paints I was still nervous about using a chalk paint. I am eventually going to try painting over a beige laminate wardrobe in my daughters room following instructions that Jane has personally given me but for starters my daughters and I decided to paint up some formula tins donated by others to use as pots (part of our eco-friendly Christmas we are gifting people plants in upcycled formula tins instead of buying gifts). I wasn't sure how these would turn out but they look sooo amazing. I didnt even have to prep the tins, just painted straight on. They dried quickly and seem to even be somewhat waterproof. We had a blast doing this one night instead of watching TV. We love the pots so much that we dont want to let them go. We have decided to buy more paints after Christmas and do some pots up for ourselves to keep over the summer holidays. Thanks Jane!
