Staff at O’Halloran Hill Post Office go way beyond the call of duty to assist customers in any way. They are always friendly and helpful and their strong community involvement is much appreciated. Excellent place and really helpful and patient with all my posting enquiries. New management is just excellent in all aspects. The best AusPost experience so far in Australia.

Such a pleasant surprise to see there is new owners/managers. No more anxiety to deal with the old grumpy dude when picking up my packages anymore! Today was the first time I have ever been greeted with a smile and a positive attitude from this post office…. Thank you guys so much (:

Such rude guy in there. Went to send a parcel to china using a australian post shop pre paid voucher. Rudly told i cant send overseas with it even though ive done it many times in the past to usa using these pre paid vouchers. He was so rude and called me a lier. So angry being spoken to like this. Miss the old owners as they were so lovely and greeted customers with a smile

Greg and Alicia super helpful and their shop has a great community feel to it. Amazing service - they love to go above and beyond! Open on Saturdays so this is a big plus too!
