Over an hour and 15 minutes after a polite phone call to receive our delivery when told within the hour.....what does extra pepperoni look like????? Im sure it shouldn't be one piece per slice

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I made the unfortunate mistake of accidentally ordering from Pinky's tonight. We received our two large pizzas, got home and the bases were still raw and the toppings just sloughed off (not the first time this has happened). We called up and they organised us some new pizzas, got them home and they were still raw (also smaller than the first pizzas). Tired of the running around we ultimately decided just to cook them ourselves. There was no apology for the mistake either on the phone or in person - with the exception of the additional garlic bread (which has apparently been the highlight of dinner tonight).10/10 would NOT recommend. Go literally anywhere else.

Eldery person ordered a pizza, paid for it over the phone with my credit card. Waited over 2 hours, rang to find outwhere it was, they tell me they could not find my address. No refund, was told to go away and stop calling the shop. Worse customer experiance ever. I will be contacting consumer affairs regarding this dodgy business.

What a great place. Good value pizza and we even enjoyed sitting at the table. Friendly smiling stuff made it even better.

Ordered online for a 15 to 25 min delivery. Waited an hour & 1/2 after calling was told it was walking out the door right now. Took another 30 mins, even though we are 5 mins away.Food was average. Chips very cold.Kabab was just warm.Easier to just go & get it if you can.If you like cold dry chips

I'm a regular I pay $53 for 2*HSPs tonight got hardly any chips and there was a spider on my dinner box please improve ur quality quantity and service or I'm done giving you my money. I would appreciate hearing from the owner I want satisfaction

Friday night 30th Dec. Rang at 5.55 and ordered a family pizza after 5 phone calls and now 7.40 after being told originally 30 min. Also a promise of a phone call to let me know what was happening still no pizza. Or return call.

Worst kebab! I ordered a chicken kebab. When I got it, it was cold, the chicken was near non existent, and there was so much sauce I couldn't taste the food. The middle was swimming in sauce. Paid $12.50. I had 3 bites, it was so awful I had to throw it in the bin.
