I have been using The Vella Professionals for almost 10 years to manage my investment property. They have always worked hard to find the right tenant for my property and followed up with regular inspections. Reports with many photos were sent each time of my property so I could view the condition of my house. At the end of the lease Steve would always attend the property and complete a thorough inspection of the property in comparison to the beginning of the lease with a detailed report to follow. Lilly would always ensure any repairs were done asap after the tenants had left in preparation for the next tenants.Well done The Vella Professionals!
