appalling service. went to check out and the lady working refused to sell it to me for the marked price saying they'd 'priced up' their stock, but everything was still marked the actual price. after telling her that consumer law says thats not allowed she continued to insist 'store policy' and deny selling me the product for the advertised price. to top it all off she refused to let me speak to the manager. disgusting.

My dog Alfie loves visiting and being greeted by the friendly staff. The store has a great range of products and the staff are always very helpful.

Being more on the aquarist/reptile type customer. The place has a good variety of stock in both plants, supplies and food necessary for both.Fish stock is has a very good variety for a chain pet store and honestly has things I would not have expected sometimes with reasonable pricing compared get similar fish from other stores.I have not have any issues buying fish from here except for once which was my fault for not allowing the new shipment of fish at least 24 hours to relax after arriving to the store. However, the staff and manager discussed this problem with me and allowed a refund on the fish I lost.Overall, the fish tanks look well maintained and cared for, staff are very friendly and it is a good place to go to if you are looking for general supplies for your pets.

Always gave a good experience at the Bendigo store, looks great since they moved a few doors down from where they were. Took my new puppy in to get some guidance and help. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly yet professional, they fitted my pup for a harness and discussed food and treat options. They have a huge range of food. They showed me how to use the dog wash as well. I’ve shopped here for a while now as I have an aquarium and am always looking out for something new. The tanks are always clean as is the rest of the shop, and the fish I’ve bought have always been healthy, by the way they have quite a good range considering they’re a pet shop and not an aquarium. It’s nice in this day and age to get good customer service. Hope I’ve got the names right but thanks to Wen and Alex for all their help.

I am a very satisfied customer to this establishment especially to Jamie who is excellent with her customer service. I always love to come to this place to buy my four legged son for his dry food and his forthrightly bath. Bendigo one is pretty good, but when I called them up about a budgie they said they only had females when I was looking for a male but a few months after I got my baby I noticed that he was a male I don’t really care but some people may want to breed their birds, or find a friend for their other ones that’s the same gender, they were also kind of expensive like I went to multiple pet stores most of the other ones didn’t have birds and those shops are selling them for around $15, here they were $35, but I don't care.
