I telephoned KT Insurance for cover on my motorhome. I was attended by staff member Julie who was most professional. Her manner was as she worked through the transaction and she checked my understanding frequently. In addition the KT policy has excellent benefits included.

I was a long term customer until their underwriter ruined them several years ago. I have tried them again with a new underwriter without success, cost difference was 30% and minimum excess was $450 extra. They do have a good policy but they still cannot attract me back as a rating 1 driver. I think they are better suited for Motor home vehicles, but when it comes to caravan and towing vehicles they become harder to form an attractive policy.

After searching and speaking to many insurance companies trying to insure our Campervan we just brought, no one seemed to be able to help us. KT Insurance came to the rescue offing great advise and knowledge and awesome customer service. Not only did we get to insure our van for what is worth, but the cost of the insurance was low and covers us for everything we need. I would highly recommend KT Insurance.

Recently took out motorhome insurance with KT, and I must say thanks to Suzie who made the entire process over the phone very relaxed and gave us insurance with inclusions no one else offered for a far cheaper price than anyone else. I Can honestly say if your like me and struggled to find value give them a call . NOTE: they no longer require that you sign up to any Clubs or Magazines, as I have read on the grey nomads forum.
