I never received my Certificate 4 in Warehousing Operations after completing all work in it's entirety satisfactorily. Contacted Reon Merrin personally and through email with no help received in regards to why I never got my certificate. It should be on my USI. I'm so disappointed that this has been unresolved for so long.

After months of trouble looking for consistent work.
