Hidden Valley Ford

Purchased 2018 Ford Focus demo, Happy with the deal and servicing most of the time. But booked car in over 7 weeks ago to look into car going into limp mode with error code p2111. Very little has happened in that time and although Paige is at times going that bit further to help it seems that Hidden Valley Ford have neither the staff or expertise to find the problem. This is my wife's car and being without it is very difficult. Paige has often stated that there are other cars in that have been there for months. This is not helping us. Why can't it be fixed and how much longer can it possibly take. Very frustrated and not happy customers

Fast, freindly service from the team at Hidden Valley Ford. Vehicle serviced in timely manner and ready for pickup when expected. Car cleaned external (as expected). Internal of car also cleaned which was a refreshing surprise as no other Ford Dealer has done this in my past experience. Nice extra touch. Darren

Ring to find out where the car coz it’s been build and at the dock. but never called back very hard to get them on email or on the facebook messenger. And when they did emailed back they say can’t do anything until the car get to Australia. I asked a few of people also waiting on their car and they got the information from their dealer and when the car is getting on the ship to travel to Australia.

So dodgy. Be aware of what they sell you! Sold my mate a dodgy transmission and lead her on for weeks before telling her that they couldn't end up doing it anymore. It's not worth buying Ford if you're going to be buying from here. Absolutely terrible customer service when it comes to transparency and any sort of true urgency in understanding customer's needs. People rely on cars in NT to get around and there was no empathy or compensation at all while she waited for an answer. This is the worst kind of place you could buy a car from.

I don’t even rate a star on the very rule and abrupt attitude experience I received from the service staff. Wish I didn’t by a ford and definitely won’t buy another one. In general a great experience with the car but not Hidden Valley customer service.4months later and still don’t have my car.

Very bad experience. That’s what you get from service?Free to get two new scratches at the front (cover up with nicely painting) and a chip at the bottom of bumper.I don’t know why the workshop didn’t communicate that with me until I found them another day morning.

I purchased a used car from Hidden Valley in November 2022. The entire process has been excellent. From the first test drive, to the after sales service.Since this was my first purchase from a dealership (of more that 10 cars), I was a little bit worried after so many horror stories from various dealers. Ford were great at quelling these anxieties!There were some minor issues that i noticed with my car after a couple months of ownerships, so I took it in to their service department. They were very thorough, had clear communication throughout the whole process, provided a loan car for our family, and honoured all the warrantees. Genuinely, my experience could not have been better! 100% would recommend hidden valley ford!Special shout out to Jo in the service department, she's been great!
