We have now used Dawson's Removal Service twice and their professionalism and attention to detail is absolutely brilliant. The whole process ran seamlessly.A massive thank you to Meike, Luke and Ryan for making our move this week so easy and pain-free. Our apartment was professionally packed in record time and delivered to our new residence the following day. All the while being kept up to date of its progress. Dawson Moving & Storage did a good job with our removals and delivery to 3 different sites. Communication was excellent, arrived on time and workers friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Moved from Meadowbank to Bowen Mountain, and used Dawson's. Great removalists! We had two trucks, one of whom packed up one of our two apartments a couple of months earlier and stored the furniture, then the second truck (and a ute!) emptied our primary residence (and an underground storage unit) on the actual day of removal.Meike looked after and arranged the entire operation, and on the day of moving the project was led by Adam and his team, who were awesome!Was a very very hot day on the move, and we have two very very heavy couches! The team did well, and we cannot fault them for their service.Follow up removal boxes pickup was also completed, with Meike herself coming with her ute to collect many of the emptied boxes they supplied. We also left them the packaging and wrapping so they can reuse or recycle.All in all... trustworthy, organised, professional, helpful and diligent.Highly recommended!

We used Dawson Moving and Storage this month to move Mum from the family home to an apartment in eastern suburbs of Sydney. Attention to detail and good service were our top priorities and from the start Dawson Moving and Storage were head and shoulders above their competitors.Mieke was very helpful and totally professional in helping me set things up over the phone. On move day the boys were prompt, friendly, fast and efficient. The packers/unpackers from Finishing Touch were worth their weight in gold. It was a delight to work with Dawson Moving and Storage and I highly recommend them.

TLDR; Would highly recommend and will definitely use again next move! Do yourself a favour and just use these guys.We moved during the floods which cut off the North Richmond bridge and was a difficult time for everyone. Dawson's were very responsive, understanding and clear in their communications which went a long way removing the stress and putting our minds at ease. Mieke from Dawsons kept us updated throughout so it was one less thing to worry about with every other moving-related task proving difficult to arrange.The guys themselves turned up right on time and nothing was too much to ask. They were very careful with our valuable/sentimental items, and helped pack and move our more difficult items such as out plants w/o fuss.Everything was wrapped in plastic, w/ additional boxes/paper offered freely as required. Cartons for TVs etc were also offered and I believe they provide boxes freely as part of the move although we didn't require these.They were clearly very experienced, handling other difficult items like glass-doored cabinets, and collapsible tables with care and refrained from taping wooden furniture as others have done (ruining the varnish!). We had somewhat tricky access both sides an they were very conscious of the truck and any potential damage to driveways from scraping etc - again demonstrating the care, experience and professionalism.Guys were friendly, but focused on getting the job done. They themselves even spoke glowingly of Dawson's and the pride and service-driven culture they promote and demand from their team.All round great experience!

We had a pretty poor experience with Dawson moving and storage. They started off keen and happy to get the job done but that quickly changed. Our removal was right before Christmas and you could tell they did not want to be at work. Multiple items were damaged, boxes were not correctly unpacks and items were either not re assembled, or the were reassembled poorly causing further damage. The boxes that were unpacked were literally tipped upside down to “empty”. Our solid pine dining table was cracked, chest of draws completely crumbled and walls chipped just to name a few. We also found the removalists rubbish amongst our belongings.

We highly recommend Dawsons to take care of all your needs. At a very stressful time of moving, they were very helpful, friendly and accommodating, and communication was proactive. They also gave us lots of options and worked with us when our move in dates changed due to our build not being ready. They organised all our storage needs at a very reasonable price, took lots of care when packing and moving all our things, and were very clean and tidy. We were is great hands with the whole team from the front office through to the guys who moved us on the day. Just excellent all round. Thanks guys!

I would like to thank Darren in his response was at my house next day after calling him. I was kept up to date on pick up , Trevor was there promptly and made us feel at ease given we were stressed, I thought we were ready but no not even close. Trevor made boxes up as we needed them, the other staff arrived an hour later and loaded everything with ease taken care with everything. I highly recommend using this company.EddieValley Heights

Absolutely beautiful company to work with. They answered questions I didn't even know to ask and made sure we were looked after at every step. The removalists are careful, kind and quick. The whole experience should have been stressful, but Dawson made it stress-free and enjoyable. If we move again, we are definitely choosing Dawson.
