Keryn was amazing in organising my surprise outing for my wife, sister in law and mother in law. As a husband organising from interstate they were helpful professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, the experience was second to none, so happy I trusted them with everything! Even got little updates to ensure the flowers organised from their recommended florist arrived without issue. The text confirmations also added the extra piece of mind that everything was on track. Thank you and look forward to next time!

Arrived very stressed and late. Massage and facial by Alice were excellent. Music relaxing. Room was warm and left super refreshed and very relaxed. Couldnt ask for anything more.

My daughter and I indulged on a visit to Hobart and treated ourselves to a spa treatment. Alice and Amelia are definitely the “A Team” and made us both feel comfortable and relaxed, so much so that I drifted off to sleep! Thank you ladies, we cannot recommend The Sanctuary highly enough.
