Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with any mechanic! Rob and team went above and beyond when I was desperate on a Saturday after the check engine light came on and car started shaking (was on my way to Melbourne for a wedding). They were very busy, but offered to get me in and have a look. Rob fixed it with no issue and offered advice on what else needed to be done (did not do it at the time as it wasn’t completely necessary). Rob even offered to pick me up as I couldn’t get a lift back to the shop. Absolutely fantastic service and above and beyond generosity from the whole team. Thanks Rob and team. You saved the day!

Rob was so lovely and offered me a lift home when I dropped my car in! He made sure my car was ready for kinder pickup at a specific time too. We will be sending our cars here for regular services! Loved the chocolate on pick up too
