Ace Rental Cars Launceston Airport

Really disappointed with the service we received. When we booked we provided all flight info, outlining we were getting into Launceston late. Unfortunately, it was not until the day of our flight that I called to confirm the car (that was supposed to be a 2019 - 2022 model large suv) that we were advised that we could not collect the car that late. We then had to spend over $100 in taxis. Which was completely unnecessary. We then received an old Holden Tax with bald tyres on arrival. Would not recommend then at all.

Shoddy service. They did not inform in advance that Hertz handles all their bookings on weekends. It is such a hassle getting through to their helpline, and it is only then that they direct you to the local Hertz counter. Booked for a Kia Sportage, ended up with a rubbish Holden Trax (same class, yes but vehicles are just not comparable).

Appalling service. Called to advise flight was delayed and arriving at 515pm and was told no problem, collect keys from hertz inside airport instead only to arrive and be told by hertz that this was not arranged. Tried to contact Ace and no answer. Will not use again.
