Telstra Warrnambool Gateway Plaza

It is service staff like Josh that will draw customers back to the Telstra shop in Gateway plaza every time they need a new phone or honest appraisal of them. When you come into the store with a specific question it is great to have a staff member like Josh get to their feet and approach immediately. Josh was of great assistance and instilled confidence as to what is possible. Thank you so much. 25/10/2022 More excellent service at this store. This time Jacob assisted me with transferring my mobile phone onto the my existing Telstra account and gave me guidance as what to do to increase the ring time, after having offered to do it himself on a return visit. His clear instructions enabled me to do it at home myself after the transfer had been confirmed. Thank you Jacob for your follow up call.

Absolutely rude horrible staff members that DO NOT follow covid safe precautions, Optus is looking real good as a phone carrier at this stage in my life. Steer clear of this store ppl, its not worth your time

Hi, I wanted to say that I have had one of the best experiences in me changing from one carrier to the other. I want to compliment Josh From Telstra Gateway, as he was very helpful in resolving my issues and getting me signed up and ready to go with Telstra and The Wifi. He was very helpful and his customer service was very good too. Always smiling and knew what he was explaining to me. Never had any bad experience in setting up everything as I’m new to Warrnambool only been here for 2 weeks now. Thanks so Much Josh and The Telstra Team at Gateway Plaza in Warrnambool.

AMAZING! incredibly easy to deal with. Really love the fact that when the lovely young girl, wasn't 100% sure, she got guidance from a more experienced person. He didn't take over, he encouraged her and was training her at the same time. Hands down a fantastic outcome with very little fuss. Thank you to the friendly, helpful staff
