Sparadise Cosmetic Clinic

Please anyone be careful in this clinic. I got treatment from this clinic and got burn my face skin from September 2022. In the first the clinic said” I will looking after until you get rid of the scared and pigmentation. I will get your skin back to be normal as you used to be. Yesterday they said they can’t continue give a treatment anymore.I don’t want anyone get bad experience like me.

Professional and polite staff who are great with communication. I see Dr Maxwell here and am happy to go to Sparadise.

I did Ultherapy last month in this clinic, very professional and friendly staffs provided great care to me. I would like to try other fascial treatments next time!

Be Careful customers this place are filtering their comments .My friend tried to writr her bad experience with them but her comment can not be shown by others and once I wrote a good review with 5 starts It has been posted immediately.My friend's comment :It’s a complete ripoff.They’ll treat you nicely till they get your money and they make sure you pay before the treatment.To be honest, the machines are excellent, one of the best, but the problem is with the nurses and management.I bought two treatments.Nancy was the one who did my first treatment. She acted like she knew what she was doing yet did not use a marker to mark the required areas for fat freeze! told me that she knew better as she’s the nurse. And then she missed them.When I complained; they told me they gonna fix it next time. When I came the second time, after a month, they sent me two nurses instead of Nancy, and they used a marker this time and got the area I wanted. But they told me that is it and they won’t repeat the first messed up treatment.Talked to the manger, they refused to repeat the first one unless I pay extra 280 to the 1000 dollars I paid for the two treatments. And told me that they will repeat the treatment in 3 months time as it’s medically advised to keep a duration of 3 months between treatment of an overlapped area. Yet the nurses did not tell me that before doing my second treatment of an overlapped area, only one month apart.So indeed untrained nurses led by poor management and poor communication with customers as they didn’t respond to any of my emails and keep saying their manger is not available to answer my calls.I have been to other skin clinic, body catalyst for example, a bit pricey but at least they know what they are doing, get the job done and make sure the customer is satisfied.P.S. they offer you products in exchange of google reviews in the first visit.

I bough a voucher years ago, and this gave me the chance to meet Judy and her teams. Now I became their loyalty customer, I also recommended them to my friends. The services are unbeatable, teams are professional, the environment is comfy. I’m looking forward to them to introdue more products and services so we all can benifit from it.

My experiences for doing Fotona 4D was fabulous. The whole team are really kind and considerate. All the staff are quite professional, not only for the treatment skills, but also the way treating customers. I have been looking after well every time when I walk in. Highly recommended!

I found the girls here to be very nice, and professional. I’ve only been here once but they made sure I was comfortable during the whole process, addressed any questions I had and explained what would happen before, during and afterwards, and made sure I left happy.
