Diamond Nails & Eyelashes

I had a booking here and waited 3\4 of an hr. They are either overbooking or taking too many walk-ins. A time is booked for a reason! Why bother booking at all? This is the second time it’s happened. My gel nails were rushed because they were so busy and started lifting after 1 1/2 weeks-that has NEVER happened before and I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years. Really disappointing.

Very bad experience with lashes. I wanted 4D lashes and lash tech said 6D would be done faster and it’s a better deal for me. So, I went ahead with it. She was done within 50 minutes and the extensions were too long, too straight and small white gloops of glue visible. 3 days of red and sore eyes, 5 days till I got it removed with my regular lash tech. She took almost an hour to remove it as it was glued on so tight, in clumps and some were even stuck to my eye lids! Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs! I got SNS on my nails and they started chipping 4 days later (typically SNS will last me 3-4 weeks which is why I get it over other options). I went in to speak to them about it and they said they would fix the broke nails for me. After I said down Marie started saying how they would need to charge me to fix my nails even though she had admitted that SNS usually lasts two weeks. She was very rude and clearly doesn’t know how to apply SNS properly if she wasn’t surprised that it only lasted a few days. Save your money and go somewhere who knows what they’re doing and how to treat their paying customers. Also to clarify, there was no question about my nails only having been done one week prior and there is no regrowth that they are now trying to use as an excuse. Only after Marie was extremely rude to me did I mention I would be posting a review on Google to warn other customers. This business is as shady as they come - customers wouldn’t need their nails to be fixed within two days or a week if they were done properly the first time.

So happy every time I visit! Nails are amazing, massage chairs when getting a pedicure are devine and staff are lovely.

Terrible service! My daughter and I waited for an hour and a half to be served. When I wanted to chat to the owner she shouted at me and refused to serve me! Stay away and go to the lovely nail shop around the corner instead called Nifty Nails and Beauty!

Came in my sister for 2 x shellac manicures and pedicures for my wedding. I sat waiting for my pedicure for a very long time while they attended to someone else who came in after me. I asked for a very simple design on my finger nails and they struggled to do it but charged me an extra $25 for their effort. They started peeling at the edges after a few days. When I went to my usual nail place in Perth to have them removed, they asked if a child had done my nails for me.

Usually I like going here for a pedicure ~ relaxing & enjoying the massage chair & walking away with cute nails but this time the lady was quite rough and hurt a few times, spoke little English & I HATED the colour I chose, mentioned it when I first saw it on but wasn't told I could change my mind.

My visit today was disappointing..I made an appt for 11am as i was on a limited time frame and had another appt to attend straight after. I sat there for 20 mins before i spoke up and asked when i was going to be attended to.I asked who the owner was, the owner completely ignored me when i explained that i had another appt and didn't have time to wait 20 mins, hence why i made an appt in the first place. She did not have the decency to even acknowledge me.I felt stressed in what should have been a relaxing time, and certainly not valued as a customer spending $60 on a rushed pedicure.I might add that the lovely young girl with pink hair did a great job when i was finally attended to.Unfortunately does not make me want to return to this business.

Somewhere I won't be going again. I wanted acrylic refills and toe polish removed and repainted. I don't know how many times I was told to do shellack instead of normal polish which is obviously more expensive. I had to keep asking for my toe nails to be trimmed more at least 3 times but she just kept using the nail file. Eventually I gave up and told her it was fine. When she started cleaning up my finger nails to refill she nearly brew blood she went so far with the little sander they use. When I flinched as it hurt she gave me the most evil eye. At this stage I wished I could walk out.Finally it came to polish nails. No polish at the side edge of nails. Requested to correct and again I got the evil eye. As it was normal polish I was advised it would take 2 hours for polish to completely dry. Asked again to do shellack. My answer. NO.Hence no cuticle oil as per other saIons and i should walk out of the salon with no shoes on. I was in the salon 50 minutes after toes painted and I was advised my toe nails would not be dry yet. Im 67 years old. I am not going to walk out of a shop with no shoes on. I put my shoes on and walked out. Once i got home to Margaret River i took my shoes off and the polish was fine.This is not the first time I have had my nails done. I have been doing them for 30 odd years. I know what to expect. This salon needs to be more accommodating to the custom requests and not to their purse strings.

We made a booking for 4 people, staff are friendly and accomodating however they don’t have enough staff, we waited over half a hour after our booking time before they started and then they rushed through it, this is the second time we had that experience. It wasn’t relaxing or enjoyable, it was painful and very rushed. 3 of our group were done over a hour before our last person, they kept saying yes and yes to more business however didn’t finish the customers they already had
