Elite were a delight to work with from beginning to finish.Communications were smooth, easy and responsive and he did a really thorough job, which is no mean feat when you have two greyhounds which like to zoom up and down our stairs!! I had two rooms steam cleaned by Mehdi today. We had just moved into the property and was told they were professionally cleaned. The blackness of the water from Mehdi’s machine after the clean suggested otherwise. Mehdi had no complaints that our unit was on the 3rd floor, no lifts. The steam machine looked professional, so it was big and heavy. The job was done with care. And it showed. The carpets came out looking, smelling and feeling clean. Elite Carpet Dry Cleaning Hornsby did a lovely job cleaning and shining my tired looking hardwood floors. They also cleans 6 area rugs, carpet --including carpeted stairs --and air filtration lines along the walls. My home looks so much better!Very happy with their work, professionalism and pleasant, flexible demeanor. Highly recommend!
