From the time you ring this practice you feel comfortable the receptionists are very compassionate and really nice.I see Dr Pearson have been for a year now. He is gentle and such a good dr he does everything he can to get to the answers needed for diagnoses no matter what it takes. You can tell he's a caring dr and he's in the profession tas a dr to help people be better of physical and mental health. He looks at your overall health not just the thing reason you've come for. Hes brilliant at complicated multiple health problems.Hes the 1st dr ever who got me to see a nurse who was so lovely I'm 59 with a complicated health history so this should've been done already from previous dr practices I've been to this is what s caring dr like dr pearson does.the I feel like he's saved my life lately my life has been a nightmare in my life and he's really locked after me.I only just read his profile and it backs what I already know from experience of being his patient. I have been a patient at Gerringong Family Medical for the last 15 years, and can recommend highly. The service is always professional, efficient and most of all caring, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors.

Had my first visit to the clinic yesterday and found it to be very clean and tidy, the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The Doctor himself Dr Mark Burgess, I found to be highly professional throughout the examination and would recommend him and his practice without hesitation.

Called in when on holiday to have some stitches removed. The Practice registered me as a new patient with no issues and the consult with the GP and subsequent appointment with the nurse was pretty much instantaneous. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Service was top-drawer and the staff were really genuine and friendly. Excellent stuff!
