Poor quality products very very very poor service after a claim not contactable so easily.Probably made in China with the poor quality materials very very disappointed

Never again, purchased a recliner ok for a while, then I broke a spring it was fixed (supposedly) but just repaired not replaced, I now have broken a second spring and I'm nowhere 120 kg's, it now resides at the tip, also it was made in China so you get what you pay for S×#T
