Hair coloring complain. The hairdresser's name is Shirley. When I back home noticed that the dye had stained my t-shirt. I immediately contact Shirley, but was shocked by her response. Not only did she speak to me in a rude and dismissive manner, but she also suggested that it was my fault for wearing a light color t-shirt while getting my hair colored. She said get stained on clothes is normal in your salon.I was shocked by Shirley's attitude and lack of professionalism.I hope that you take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that incidents like this do not happen again in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very professional, friendly and dedicated staff. Everything in a very professional way. Really good place for hair cut and colouring. Always busy better book an appointment. Hair cut + colouring = $$$.

Dreadful!! They service too many people at one time. So the clients don’t get the stylists full attention! You run the risk of your colour over processing and becoming uneven. Products just slapped on all over the place. After expressing my concerns and unhappiness they still had the audacity to charge full price. Save your money save your time. Go elsewhere!!

Sarita and her staff are amazing. I have a severe hair dye allergy and I can trust Sarita to keep me safe. She knows how to colour my hair. She actually listens to what you want and she will give you amazing advice. I won't go anywhere else.

I loved my hair colouring and styling experience with the hairdressers at Casey Central Hairways especially with Sarita's services at the shop. She is an amazing hairstylist and hair colour expert.Once I dyed my hair completely black and wanted to go back to red, she worked her magic and made it possible. The results were amazing, below pics for reference.I have been seeing Sarita for the past few years for all my hair appointments.Hope you all have an amazing hair experience at Casey Central Hairways.Cheers!!

Shirley is a warm friendly person and did an excellent job with my hair colour and wash. I would highly recommend this place. Reasonable price and great service.

Was disappointed by the experience.Asked for haircut , and was not happy what was done and later explained was not possible which should have been informed before.Came back home with disappointment.Will never use this service again.As far as I think the hair dresser was shirley.I still paid for the hair cut which I did not like at all.

Went in for a cut, asked for a few inches off and showed her I wanted length about 15cm longer than what I've been left with. I left the salon with a shoulder length bob cut after she cut the length I wanted on the left side, went around my head and had obviously destroyed my hair and cut it to a bob cut by the right side so had to even it out. Asked for the ends thinned with the thinning shears, she didn't do that. The right side is still markedly shorter than the left so my hair looks ridiculous and uneven. Can't even put my hair in a ponytail. I am not a confrontational person, but even if I'd argued, the damage is done anyways. So upsetting, don't know where these people got their qualifications

Ducking useless place.Tells you 5 minutes waitNext thing you know its over 45 minutes still waiting and no word how long before it's your turn.Avoid this place unless you need a really cheap haircut and got time to waste.
