GC Massage and Beauty Runaway Bay

My husband and I had a wonderful experience today when we went to GC Massage and Beauty Runaway Bay for a 30min magnesium spa followed by a 60min relaxation massage. It was a pleasant environment with friendly and capable staff. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely sensational! My husband and I went in today for the magnesium spa and an hour massage each. Emily and Maya were our therapists and they were both incredible. Thank you both so much! We feel amazing!

Very disappointed in mucked up arrangements for sister's 50th present. I had confirmed four times in two phone calls and two texts, explained it was an important outing for my two sisters and me looking forward to spa together then massages. We turned up and the girl didn't know anything about it. Had to leave and make other arrangements. Manager rang to apologise and said day was accidentally changed but that's not acceptable...esp as I'd tripled checked post 1st phone booking and emphatically said it was a special 50th bday occasion. It was all confirmed via text. I travelled from Sydney and another sister from Ipswich. Though they were sorry,, the excuses re being very busy and lots of drop-ins is not acceptable and the whole experience very unprofessional. They need to sort out their booking system. I don't recommend any trust in this business to get things right. They did offer a replacement massage and bottle of wine but we were home by then and the whole experience spoiled.

Been here few times for facial and massage, love their new treatment infrared red light sauna" makes my muscle pain go away.Oh

First time visitor and was immediately welcomed by the owner who explained the full menu of services offered. Took the magnesium hydro spa package and by the time I got out i felt so revitalised. The ambience was really pleasant and felt like I was in another world. Totally recommend this place
