Dropped car in at DNA for clutch repair , got quote for clutch and flywheel - got quoted $1300 more than 2 other mechanics for exact same job so took car elsewhere , got charged $99 for a cancelled freight charge that DNA Mechanics booked the night before .

Don went out of his way to fit in a vehicle inspection at short notice. Communication was excellent and Don was thorough when completing the inspection, very happy.

Don's service is terrific - he made sure we did the correct roadworthy inspection for vehicles we had brought to Canberra from NSW (one had been personally imported from HK and needed quite a bit of riniging around). He did an excellent job with the brakes on one and a full warranty service on the other. Highly recommended for product, professionalism and advice.

I went to DNA for a registration inspection after looking at reviews because it was close to my work.It was very disappointing to find out from access Canberra I in fact did not need a rego inspection (yellow slip) if the car is 6 years old or newer already registered in ACT and being transferred into ACT then you do not need a yellow slip, the whole process was a complete waste of time.I would think if your business is licensed to do these checks then you should know the rules and regulations behind it, I can only assume Don knew this already but thought he’d make an easy buck, he asked me if this was for transfer of registration, therefore DNA is not trust worthy.Previously I have been to Erindale service centre and found them to be great and honest.

Dom is a top bloke, good quality service, honest prices. Genuinely cares about his trade and happy to patiently provide you with advice or just a chat. Feels like I'm just talking to a mate, did not feel pressured at all to pay money and actually learnt a lot about my car from this guy!! Highly recommended. (Service: logbook servicing)

Went to get roadworthy certificate. Checked over my bike, failed me because of bald back tire. Fixed that and came back he signed me off at no extra cost. Recomend them

Don replaced the suspension on my 2000 Toyota Corolla as well as replacing the leaking valve cover gasket. The repairs were done in a professional and timely manner and at very reasonable cost. Don is an excellent and knowledgeable mechanic who communicates well and is very generous with his time explaining issues and providing options or advice. Overall a 5 star service!
