This is by far my favourite bakery i have ever been to.Everything they do is delicious, especially their pastries.The owner no matter how busy always checks in with me and asks about me and my partner.Not only do her pies make my day but her beautiful smile comes for free.

Molly Dene Bakehouse is an institution and I think it's been there for over 30 years, if not longer? Called in and got a wholemeal salad sandwich and a selection of sweet treats, jam donut, carrot cake, choc chip cookie and their version of wagon wheel. Molly Dene's offerings are much better than those at the chain cake bakeries, fresher and just nicer. They also sell a wide range of bread rolls and loaves but all sold out when I was there after 2pm, so get in early! Also some hot savoury items like pies, sausage rolls and pasties. Wanted to try their spinach roll but unfortunately sold out.

Calm down Sid! Most of the lovely ladies at Molly Dene have English as their second language. Speak slowly and in a friendly manner. Perhaps talk about how you would like your goods packed before the girl serving you starts. Most ladies are from Cambodia. Be nice.Goods are amazing and so well priced. Sausage rolls are half beef, half lamb and with grated carrot. So tasty. Today I bought a laminating sponge cake and a French apple tarte. Both were excellent. I can also vouch for the vegetable pasties. This shop is so good and there are always lots of customers waiting. The service is great. No problems at all.

Been a regular at Molly Dene for years, sets the bar very high for baked goods. I’m a big fan of their lasagna rolls and their party pies are always a hit at gatherings. Great service, well priced, best overall bakery in Bentleigh.

Molly Dene's is a beautiful bakery. You can always predict a quality bakery when you see a crowd or queue of people waiting. I have been a customer since appox 9 year's ago. The Family that run this establisment are Cambodian. The quality and vast selection of breads, cakes, sausage rolls and pies is very aesthetically pleasing. My personal favourites are their sausage rolls and their baked custard tarts, which are very addictive!! The staff and owners are very friendly and shop itself is very clean.
