Dartnells Compounding Pharmacy

After seeing 2 different GPs about feet based dermatitis so bad my 5 yr old couldn’t walk without pain, with only steroid based cream given as an option, only one day after using the Dartnells specialist cream and liquid, his feet were back to normal with no pain. I’m so annoyed we waited this long to try their specialist treatment regime, it has been life changing for my boy.

Dartnell’s Pharmacy cleared up my psoriasis and eczema on my legs and feet. This is the only compounding pharmacy that has been able to help me to clear this and it’s a best pharmacy in Melbourne.

Fantastic service & personality and a wealth of knowledge from Les. I called his store late Friday after hours, Les returned my call early Saturday and was expecting me when I visited that day. Great little local business!

Wow! What service! The team here have absolutely blown my mind at their kindness, fast turnaround and going above and beyond. I've been trying to get a prescription for my dog, and have been quoted amounts 3x the price at other compounding pharmacy, but other than that, there has been so much judgement around getting medication for my dog. I explained the situation to Dartnells over the phone, just before they were closing, and they were so kind, no judgement and even called an hour later to let me know the script was ready to go! Will be coming here again!

My 10 week old baby Lily May has had terrible colic for 5 weeks. After trying all herbal remedies suggested. I finally listened to my Mother and Father (I wish I had listened sooner) I called Les and he was very knowledgeable and informative. He listened to my concerns and what we had tried. Then he assured me he could help our Lily.The first mixture was amazing, it worked instantly. She had relief and could finally sleep, which meant so could we. We also discovered she had developed reflux, so we called Les again and he was certain he could help us further. It is so nice to have the old world feel and care, the chemist staff have all been very friendly and wanting to help at any chance.My family have been coming for generations, starting with My Great Grandma. I can see why such a fine establishment has survived all of these years and im positive for many more to come.Thank you so much for helping our bubba Lily May.

I have always had a good experience here- they have always been efficient and friendly every time I come. Unsure about other people’s reviews of them not having good customer service or products not working- I’ve never had this issue and have been using them for more than 3-4 years. 5 stars from me!

Only a parent can ever understand the horrors of watching your child suffering and their humiliation. My son was 4 when he contracted molluscum contagiousum from a public swimming pool/bathroom/locker room.At first the pediatrician said it would go away on its own. 16 months later it had spread to his 2 year old brother and over his lower torso.I tried everything from essential oils and creams to three different pediatricians and a Dermatologists. They all used painful and awful burning and freezing… it was a nightmare. I had to wash towels and sheets daily and scrub everything.I was so desperate that I contacted Dartnells pharmacy via email on a different continent after seeing people swear by their compounds. After discussing via email with Les, I ordered. It took a few weeks to arrive and when it did we started using the protocols immediately.BOTH OF MY CHILDREN WERE FREE OF THIS NIGHTMARE IN LESS THAN 7 DAYS. I absolutely love this place. The team at Dartnells are brilliant. They are the reason our 5 year old is now sleeping properly for the first time in his life. They have a great relationship with our doctor so whenever we are running low on scripts we are able to chat with our doctor who will contact them direct. The service here is absolutely second to none. Extremely friendly, attentive and thoughtful. Thanks for giving us our sleep back guys! Couldn’t recommend Dartnells any higher.
