Very helpful. I know absolutely nothing about paint. Brought in a drawer I needed colour matched and they even painted a small part of it with the new paint to show me. It matched perfectly. Really impressed with the service and would highly recommend Paint Spot Carrum Downs to anyone.

Very friendly people helped me out as soon as I arrived. The lady listened to what I needed, recommended a brand and mixed the tint for me. Great price. Great service. Update, I've been back again with the same great outcome. Great to deal with a consistently good business.

We had the displeasure of trusting this store. They advised us a product “was the exact same”as one we were using.It was not, we run a business and trusted this store with their expertise and guidance - they not only disregarded anything we said to them, the owner mocked us and regraded our work.DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. NEVER ASK FOR ASSISTANCE.We are now closing our doors because of their recommendations.Go to any other store but this.If I could give them zero stars I would but I had to give 1 to leave this review.Save yourself the heart ache and go elsewhere - anywhere else but here.

Cannot believe how rude and unhelpful the lady that served me was.I know that everyone is on edge with Covid and there are policies that need to be adhered to, but, you can still be polite and helpful.I only went here because I wanted to help smaller businesses. Looks like it's back to Bunnings for me.
