Highend did an excellent job restoring our polished concrete floor and quoted significantly less than the others we looked at. The floor was not originally sealed properly and had deteriorated over time. The guys re-ground it over two days while we were away. They used the best quality machines and were able to achieve the high gloss finish we were after. It's now looks great and is easy to maintain. I'd recommend them.

The guys from Highend Polished Concrete recently completed a large Townhouse project for our Construction company in Murrumbeena. The service they provided was excellent, nothing was a bother and most importantly the job has been completed to a very high standard. Will use again and would highly recommend!

Absolute amateurs and terrible to deal with! I had my job booked in for the end of December, I had to cancel because of conflicting works. I was told that it would be rescheduled for the start of February. I called Sam mid January to confirm a date and was told that they had nothing on record. I was basically told 'too bad' because I had cancelled on them in December and that I would have to wait until March. Last week I called Sam pretty much twice a day for the whole week and left multiple voice messages and text messages I also called Steve multiple times but heard nothing. I then called Steve from a different number this week and he answered. I was told that nothing was booked in and I would have to wait another month and a half at least. Amateurs!

Sam & Steve completed our project with exceptional professionalism, skill and quality. As an Architect and being the floor polishing of my own home, the guys produced a result that I would'nt hesitate in recommending for my future projects and clients.
