Brad and Rebecca are the owners of a great business, and will go out of their way to help you fix what ever problem you have in regards to your swimming pool or spa. If they don't know the answer which is very rare Brand's father or Adam there technician will have the answer. They are very competitive in the market, but where I feel they excel in is the after-care which to me is the most important area. Anyone can give you a great price for a sale, but it is after care that matters most. How long before someone comes to fix my spa or pool? How long before I can use it again? There is no point of a great purchase price, if only to find out they don't want to know you afterwards!

I had been with Cascade Pools for two years, having weekly and fortnightly services through the seasons. Two of the service personnel are very qualified and helpful, however some of them are not well trained at all. If you get the well trained one then no problem, BUT, if you are unlucky and get the untrained service people then you certainly notice the difference in your pool, black spot, cloudiness, green water etc. This prompts you to make a phone call and unfortunately Bec" in the office is rude and unhelpful. I called to cancel my service

Recently moved into a house which had a spa. The team at cascade helped me learn how to manage a spa, and troubleshoot issues with water flow. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great range of spa's and good advice from staff

We have used Casade for a couple of years and are continually impressed! Nothing is too much trouble. The staff we have out to maintain our pool are always great and contacting the office is always efficient & helpful.As people who are absolutely hopeless with pool maintenance, they take the stress out of it all year round and we just get to enjoy a beautiful clean pool. Can't recommend them enough!

Cascade are getting bigger but the service is fantastic. Thanks to Bec, Brad, Glenn and Adam for all the great service they have provided at our home and the motel. We needed a full system and quickly after a breakdown at the motel. Adam was out promptly and had. a brand new system up and running in a very short time. Their support service is the best. After suffering for over two years trying to fix spa problem with another incompetent company, found Brad at Cascade. What a relief, at last someone that knows what they are doing, are honest and reliable. Adam fixed our problem, spa back up and running at last. Will not go anywhere else and will spread the the word.
