Best and less in general have a good range of clothes at good prices. They have was good selection of well priced baby clothes. The women’s plus sized section here was disappointing, they didn’t have the style of clothes I was asked to get, maybe that was because it was change of season.

The staff at this store are always fantastic but yesterday I received exceptional service from a sale assistant called Ashley. Having severe anxiety and chronic pain issues, I was wandering around trying to find a particular style of clothing but got too overwhelmed so I asked Ashley for help.Ashley was non judgemental, she was more than happy to find me exactly what I needed and she made me feel like she genuinely cared about my needs. I walked out of Best & Less with exactly what I wanted to purchase and I felt happy because Ashley was so kind and patient towards me. She truly is an asset to this store.

Extremely poor customer service at the Randwick store, refused a refund although the goods were not the right size. Staff wanted us to come back in three times to complete the refund. Manager even told me to shut up" and refused to serve me. Another manager there was also extremely unhelpful towards my partner over the same refund. This store needs training. I'd give it zero stars if I could."

I USE TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY HERE ALOT AS I SEND STUFF TO MY KIDS OVERSEAS, NEVER AGAIN....NOW U HAVE DONKEYS WHO FOLLOW YOU AROUND AND DONT LET YOU SHOP IN PEACE. RUDE STAFF ESPECIALLY ONE RACIST SPANISH LOOKING WOMAN. KMART IS BETTER
