Fantastic efoil experience with my young nieces, everyone had great day.

These guys are GREAT. Ben went out of his way to help me get some gear I needed while traveling in Australia. Never met him but he was prompt and honest and made an online/shipped/over the phone purchase easy!! Took care of everything for me. Thanks for the hat!!!Thanks Ben!!!

After talking with staff at Unhooked, who were helping me find a harness (showing me new and second hand options) I told them I was hesitant to take a lesson:I didn't want to spend an hour talking kite safety on the beach and pay for a body dragging lesson (I had some experience). Their instructor (Ben) told me he wanted to get me kiteBOARDING as much as I did.I had an amazing lesson with Ben; we talked safety, did a self rescue and some body dragging but spent most of my 3 hour lesson on boarding. He showed me what to avoid doing before I made mistakes and (thanks to his intercom helmet) talked to me about each mistake I did make as to not make them habit. I was cutting upwind with enough time in the lesson to work on transitions. We used great new Ocean Rodeo gear and a super board to learn on.So glad I took a lesson with Ben through Unhooked Watersports, so stoked to kiteboard!

Ben from Unhooked is a top bloke and a very good instructor. He provided me with really great tips and instructions. What also benefited my advancement is the Illawarra lake condiditions. It is a very convenient place for beginners and was definitely worth the drive from Sydney. In the hindsight it might have been even more beneficial had we used Ben's jetski. This would have saved me long minutes of walk of shame.

Great small family business that goes above and beyond with their customer service. Also great kite surfing knowledge. Don't go anywhere else.

Ben is an amazing instructor. He's realistic and really helps with your progression. Perfect spot for lessons with consistent wind and shallow water.

Needed some thread and glue for a project, didn't have the thread i needed for my specific requirement, but went above and beyond to point me in the right direction regardless of the fact that I mistakenly phoned on a day that the shop is closed. Absolutely amazing service.!! Thanks guys.

Just finished a SUP foil coaching session with Ben which was fantastic. Its not an easy sport but it is a lot if fun, Ben was patient and supportive and had a lot of great tips. He tailored the session to our level and I cant wait to get back out there when im not tired to practice what I have learned. A great experience that I will be repeating with follow up coaching sessions
