Regal Nails

Horrid experience from the time I got in there. Lady that did my nails did not talk at all, just flicked her hand to communicate. Guy there working on a girls nails beside me, he caused her to yell out in pain about 4 times, he was being so rough. She kept calmly saying, you are hurting me, or your long nails digging in. He wouldn’t even say sorry or respond to her. Just talked in his own language with lady doing my nails and they laughed a lot. My nails were shocking no matter how much I was telling her what to fix. Bolted out of there after paying the $60. Looked at my dodgy nails all day and thought stuff this I’m going back. Went back and said to lady who did them I’m sorry I can’t wear nails like this for two weeks, she did not speak, motioned with hand for me to sit and then other lady comes over and says we don’t do refund and have to do again. The guy did them this time, instead of letting my nails soak to soften them he gets an acrylic nail and starts pushing it under my nail to remove it, all the while digging his long nails into me! Got French nails, they look better but still a poor job. What a horrible atmosphere this place is. In all the time I had to spend there today, had the chance to have a good look around, place is also not clean enough. Was glad to get out of there and will never return.

I visited for refills and was very disappointed. Everything is dirty, staff are rude and my nails aren’t to the standard I like. For myself and a lot of people getting your nails done is a relaxing time and this wasn’t. Huge thumbs down.

Not even sure where to start with this as the service I received at Regal Nails Rockingham was so poor it honesty left me speechless.The first issue I experienced was that I had asked for gel nails and not acrylics, and when I tried to pull my hand away from the gentleman who was placing the acrylics on my nail to tell him that I had asked for gel he kept saying ‘relax your hands’ and talking over me. Well relaxing my hands is a little difficult to do when you’re not doing what I asked and you’re being quite rough. I let it go and just continued with the acrylics as it was clear I was not getting anywhere with this. Next issue I had was somehow the woman who got the nail polish colours had managed to confuse green for black. I again tried to correct the women who had taken over that the nail design I had chosen had a green base with the green metallic glitter on top but I was ignored at first and then told that I must have seen wrong and it was actually black. I let her continue (stupid on my part I should have just asked for it all to be taken off here and gone somewhere else) as the shaping and everything had already been completed. Once my nails were done I could see that the design in fact did look similar to what I had chosen, but I was right in that the nail colour I used as my choice was green and not black! My cousin who I went with also informed me that the woman had not gotten the correct colour for her nails either, yet she was too nervous to correct her and not one person of staff was acknowledging the fact that we were in the store besides the fact that they were half heartedly doing our nails. They were too busy talking and laughing amongst themselves. Once the nails were completed I was still expected to pay full price despite that fact I had received the complete opposite to what I had asked. To make it even worse the nails are so poorly done; some different lengths, others favouring to one side, and multiple nails not even fully painted. Now I’m going to have to pay even more to have my nails fixed.Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

I asked for the almond shape and once she completed they were all favoured to one side all pointing more left than straight and some fully wonky and she insisted painting them would fix it. She fixed one of the nails and moved on to someone else. The new lady fixed the one nail and was talking a lot to her friend and stopped what she was doing multiple times. Not to mention they are all different lengths. They also didn’t communicated the style I wanted ended up sealing them before I could correct her. And to top it off I was told the nails would be $60 and then charge me $70.

Had my acrylics done poorly, the acrylic didn't even meet the sides. When I complained they corrected them, redoing them and when I asked why I'd be paying full price considering I had to sit there for a further 25 minutes while they re-did them, the lady was so rude, telling me it was my fault that I didn't say something sooner. (I didn't notice until they were done when you can look at them properly and not quickly smashing them into the heat thing). She kept talking over me. So I said I'd pay but I won't be coming back, she said thats fine don't come back. Absolutely appalling service and extremely disappointing.

Was quoted $60 for this set, when finished and went to pay the price was $90. No mention of the $30 increase until making payment. When I mentioned I would not pay the $90 the manager said they would need to take of the chrome colour and that I paid for the time spent on the nails. Once I confirmed I’d have the colour off it was refused and $85 was the lowest amount quoted. Do not recommend unfortunately pricing is not clear and staff were not pleasant once price increase was mentioned.

Extremely disappointed! I have been going to this salon many times but never again as they wasted my time. No matter what I asked for it seemed ever I asked for everything seem beyond their capabilities for the staff they had on today or I was quoted high prices. I resorted to a basic design and was still quoted $95.00. I asked about chrome with design and was told $75.00 for first layer then $45 on top for Chrome design. I ended up telling to forget it as it seemed she didn't want to do anything except talk to her friend sitting next to her. So I left extremely disappointed and went to another nail salon who did exactly what I wanted and only charged me $55 for 3d design ombre and diamonties. I will never go back to Regal nails again

I got charged $105 for my toes to get done and to change the design of my nails and they didn’t do what I wanted absolute rip off

Staff more interested in having conversations between themselves in their own language.Staff ignore customers and makes mistake with colour selections and what the customer wants because they are so involved with their own conversations.Staff are rough and don't listen when you tell them it hurts.Used to love this place but has gone downhill!!
