Husband and I recently had a new Mercury 150hp fitted to our boat that had been out of action for quite a while.The new outboard arrived when the salesman said it would, job didn’t take very long at all and we were sent photos and kept in touch while the new motor was fitted.Very happy with our new Mercury.

Very disappointed today . Asked the owner for a quick favour after spending lots of money on a new motor and got a very rude response. Told me to sort it out yourself and he was to busy . Keep clear and go else where .

They have been great to deal with replaced outboard.

I bought a brand new $28k Quintrex with a Mercury 60hp motor. When I collected the boat and went for a test drive with the salesman, he told me that the propeller was the wrong one but they had ordered a replacement. This was going to be sent to me within the next couple of weeks". After dozens of phone calls to them

If you want trouble free boating, do not come here. They lie, they're untrustworthy, and sell faulty engines. Do not recommend

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! After spending 11k on a new outboard my boat boat was rendered useless after they removed my prop because of a expired Medicare card. The salesman locked me out of my myGov account when I tried to order new card.The Manager “Karen” abused me in store and when I finally got a prop it was standard black and should have been stainless steel. Disgraceful service!!I will NEVER return and urge others to go elsewhere

I read the review posts before I made my purchase. I chose to think, they can't be that bad surely not. I fully regret not listening. It has been by far one of the worst decisions. Terrible customer service and they ripped me off. I really hope Karma comes back at this business and people buy elsewhere. I wish I could give a lot less than one star.

This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had, totally disrespectful to the customer, they only care about the money, once the sale is done, they don't talk to the customer at any time and anything. Stay away from this shop if you want to have a happy life.

There are many boat dealers in the Mandurah region, try them all and totally ignore Mandurah Outboards. All they’re interested in is making a quick sale and they’re only worried about getting your hard earned dollars, rather than advising whether a particular package is suited for your needs or not. In my case I was sold a boat package, that was in the end totally not fit for purpose, and the matter ended up with the ACCC and WA Consumer Protection Intervention. The manager Karen would have to be the most rude, uncompromising and difficult person that I’ve ever had to deal with. She honestly needs to do a lesson in customer service and her son James the Sale Rep, needs to do a course in selling for peoples needs not to make a quick buck. IF YOU GO TO MANDURAH OUTBOARDS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - GO ELSEWHERE.
