Paid $80 for 5 burgers, 3 gluten free burgers were burnt. Rock hard charcoal buns… complete waste of time. The bar has definitely dropped here.. ordered 25Jul22 @5:30pm

Moths flying onto hot plate turned me off, and lack of cleanliness in the kitchen.I received my burger and there was a large dead moth in the middle. I actually felt ill and got worms the following day, have not been back since. This was end of 2022. Staff always friendly at counter, cleanliness needs to be sorted out asap ,however, this is a health and safety matter.

Everyone else had called in sick so there was one girl running everything, these 5 stars are entirely for her. However a restaurant can’t function with only one person working, the manager/owner should have shut the place down for the night, absolutely unfair working conditions.

My wife and I visited Perth all the way from Canada. We stopped here for a burger. Honestly, there is not a burger joint in all of Canada that can compare to this place's burgers. We were blown away by the quality, the great options, the service, and above all, the tastiness of these burgers! Kudos to Grill'd. If we visit Australia again, we will definitely stop here again.

It is well-positioned in a.cozy corner of a food plaza. The good news is other restaurants are not all fast-food/cheap takeaways which makes the area enjoyable.Food quality is standard Grille'd quality so no surprises there.

The service here last night was exceptional. I'm not sure of her name but she saw we were struggling with my elderly parents and came to the table to take our order. Also although our group ordered separately she ensured the food came out together. She was genuinely friendly and attentive and made it a great experience as well as all the delicious food.

Great service and amazingly tasty food!! Store was clean and every customer was greeted before they even entered the store! I have to commend the young guys that work here, excellent job!

Always pay a fortune for Grilled and pay for priority delivery, been over an hour, restaurant doesn’t answer our phone calls. Completely understand being busy but this isn’t once, it’s time and time again. Wouldn’t recommend ordering here as when the order does come in a timely manner the order is always incorrect or missing items.
