Sergio and the team at Serge Videl Hairdressers is wonderful. I highly recommend them all. The whole team is professional courteous and caring. They are all fabulous talented stylists. They are excellent in customer service and I always feel happy when Serge works his magic on my hair, especially my first colour and cut after the lockdown. I felt like a new beautiful me. Serge Videl Hairdresers is one of the best salons I've ever been to! Serge did a fantastic cut and colour and gave my dry hair new life. Serge is very knowledgeable and gives great advice on how to keep my hair soft between visits. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I enjoy my visits. I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I recently went to this Salon and I can say that when I came out I felt like I should change my name - because I felt like a new person.Emma did my hair and, wow.She is young, passionate, knowledgeable and clearly has an ability to make a vision come to life. Emerging stylist for sure, but it won't be long until her books are full and you are waiting months for her to style you. A salon, while professional has a lovely relaxed warm feel & Nerida & the team are so friendly & welcoming. They always do their best to accommodate and fit you in for an emergency do!! My colour lasts, love the cut and I always feel happy & fresh after my visit.Would highly recommend.

Serge Videl Hair - A cut above the rest!I had my hair cut and colored with Archie last week, WOW! what an amazing artist! The consultation was in depth and informative because he was actually interested in giving me the best hair suited to my face as well as my lifestyle. The cut is perfect and easy to manage without much effort. Thank you Rae for toning my hair to the perfect color, I’ve got a new modern look that I’m very happy with. I’ve had so many compliments. Everyone in the salon is friendly and relaxed yet still professional. If you’re looking for a new hairdresser with an amazing talent, Archie is your guy.

I am new in the area and was looking for a hair salon. I called Serge Videl this morning to try my luck and fortunately was able to get a booking. The staff member (Paige) went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. She was friendly and took the time to understand what hair colour and outcome I was after; also she gave me a perfect head massage after the hair wash.What followed was the best experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon, Serge the owner himself cut my hair. He was so nice, knowledgeable and understands what needs to be done. A very lovely gentleman to meet, he gave me the confidence that I do have a lovely hair and his genuine feedback about my hair made my day. I felt beautiful and proud (Usually the hair salon I have been to always tells me how bad/weak my hair/scalp is and I should buy their product etc) but not at any point I felt he is trying to sell any product to me. He made me understand how different hair texture works and how one can take care of these.Serge and Paige thank you so much for a superb experience! I walked out of the store feeling beautiful and confident. I could not fault a single thing about the services I received today.I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new salon.
