Have been purchasing from Santos for over 10 years and always delighted in the quality of all their products (especially almonds and cashews!). Their policy is clearly to import and supply only the very best. Their coffee selection is fabulous and have tried almost every one of them, but always come back to their Five Star" roast.Nick and I are now on first name greetings

Highly recommend. I've been buying coffee beans and nuts/seeds from Santos for a number of years. The quality is excellent and the delivery service is amazing (usually next day, but my last order was delivered same day!).

I received my order today 29/09/21, although, I placed the order on 23/09/21, it took 5 days (transport Protest? I live in Eastern Suburbs, NSW). I cannot fault the online ordering process, the quality of the nuts and fruits nor the packaging. I received my 2 boxes in perfect condition, all my items were exceptionally of good quality and the prices were cheaper than most. All up, I am very satisfied and will definitely come back to order some more before Christmas.

Santos flies under the radar doing what they have done well for decades - providing the finest nuts, coffee and dried fruits imaginable.Their standards of service and advice are second to none.I used to buy Illey coffee as a treat but Santos coffee is in my poinion equal to or better and being local it is always fresher.I have no hesitation in recommending Santos to anyone seeking the best.Hugh.

I got the chocolates all of them were good but coffee not so much. No proper creama at all seems like the beans were roasted long time back. No matter ho fine i go the espresso seems to run out way too fast. Didn't expect that. DISAPPOONTED

Switched from $55 per kilo coffee 7 years ago to Santos' Costa Rica at way less than half the cost .. This coffee is perfect for my Rancilio machine. I have tried many other brands and this is simply the best no argument. As for the shop it is a pleasant experience every time. Staff and owner are absolute gems. Their other products are top shelf and get consumed rapidly in my household. Would recommend this company to anyone who is a coffee nut or just nuts about nuts.

A great factory shop. A huge range of nuts, coffee, spices and other assorted condiments. There is a small coffee shop on site as well that is worth a visit.

Firstly the only reason I give this coffee 2 stars is that they don't display the blends tasting notes, it's like advertising a car minus the specs, & secondly they limit there payment system to paypal which I don't use & thirdly the best coffee in the world is Merlo. Merlo display there tasting notes & their coffee is so flavorsome as it came out fresh from the roasting vats. Forget about the overrated coffees out there. Specifically I refer to the Merlo colombia, Zuri, Forza, Brazil RFA & Ariba Ariba. There coffee is only $55 delivered to your door. Once you try Merlo you'll never buy any other. Santos website is afou, very glitchy, you can't seee there coffee range.

I placed my order at 7am and delivered at 9.30am the very same day. Absolutely amazing service. Perfect order. I can't thank Santos enough.
