How can you not love Bakers Delight bread, especially the fruit loafs. Bakers Delight is so Australian to me, I love it. Please bring back the coffee loafs. Probably better for my health if you don't though!

We asked if there was diary or eggs in my purchase. The answer was that there is not. We get home to see that there indeed is diary in the purchase. How hard is it to get this simple thing right? Have you heard of lactose-intolerence?

The traditional Hot Cross Buns do not have enough fruit and are not fully baked, neither is the top of the buns glazed. Please improve and sales will pick up.

Customer service is a hit and miss. Especially if you go in the afternoon on a week day. The young boys stare at you from.the kitchen while the girls in the front are almost useless. Others days the staff can be brilliant. Reasonable prices.

Telephoned late on a Friday to see if they had any Low GI bread left. The last 3 loaves were sliced the way we required and waiting for us to collect 20 minutes later. That's service! Friendly efficient staff is paramount for a business to succeed.
