I was looking for a company to help me with a small run of work shirts without totally breaking my budget and these guys were recommended by a friend. Tweed Awards and Embriodery were amazing and they came in at the best price, too! I'm over the moon with my embroidered logo.

Where do I start?? Exceptional customer service ... to the point where only having dealings with Greg and his gorgeous wife for the first time, after re locating here from Cairns, I will now be getting all my products created here. They really do go the extra mile and are in it for their passion for their craft and industry. They have provided me now with not only a professional platform, for all my business workwear needs (and other materials for the near future) but a personal one too. After only meeting them just recently for the first time I just know that they will become dear friends and an asset to my business. The work is of such a high standard/quality and they take pride in the ‘detail’ and all the little things that reflect the big picture in business. I will not be going anywhere else! Thank you universe for guiding me to these amazingly talented people and to this company.

So impressed with the wonderful customer service I experienced today. After calling regarding a trophy I needed at the last minute (which was not your typical trophy!) the owners of this company went out of their way to speak to me at length over the phone to try to find something suitable for me, even though they had earlier mentioned that they were really busy.After offering many options I decided on one and when I went in to pick it up they had gone above and beyond by engraving it for me…it is absolutely perfect for the occasion!I love a small, local business that offers personalised service and who value their customers. Fantastic company to deal with. Very friendly and honest owners Michelle and Greg. I had a couple of beach towels embroidered as a gift and the service I received from start to finish was exceptional. I will certainly use this company in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a service that they provide.
