I've had appointments with both Tim and Wendy. No complaints. Both behaved professionally and addressed my dental needs. All staff were friendly. I'll have noHesitation in returning in the future.

Had to have a teeth removed and I have to say Doctor Joanna was just amazing. Super gentle and careful. Had to come back and she squeeze me in between patients. Very very helpful and kind. Best dentist experience so far. Recommend 100%

I had a big and difficult filling attended to by Wendy a couple of weeks ago. Wendy did an amazing job. As soon as my feeling returned, the filled tooth just felt right. It took ages to do but Wendy was really pleasant, very calming and highly professional. More work still to be done and it is good to know my teeth are in such good hands.

They went out of their way to help me out with an emergency - same day on the weekend. Thank you so much!

Very very poor ..1st time a went with tooth pain, turned out it was slight cavity , ok this is where the fun begins, all I wanted was a filling , dentist started with doing X-ray on wrong side of mouth. ,,then couldn’t get the protection cover over tooth with clamp , ( meant to stop bacteria from getting in ) , then dentist bumped the tray and all the tools went on the floor , all while the assistant did not know the names of tools kept handing the wrong ones ( might have been better concentrating on the patient instead of guessing what song was on radio .Left in more pain than when I started2nd visit oh sorry sir just needs a file up3rd visit back to rectify the pain I was dealing with turns out I grew an abscess due to bacteria getting in ( probably from the tools that dropped on floor )Then the only way was to have either extraction or root canal ....canal it was .. after 1 hr of prodding and drilling felt a tad better , but when anaesthetic worn off bang pain was still there .. cold air on it making it thump .. so back out with pain killer and off to another dentist to rectify..WILL NOT BE GOING THERE EVERY AGAIN PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE ..

I was in desperate need of a diagnosis for an extremely painful tooth ache i had endured for 3 days over the weekend.I was fortunate enough to manage to secure an appointment with Tim on Monday morning.Within a very short time he had diagnosed the problem, offered 3 solutions and had me relaxed in the knowledge he was going to help me out of a terrible situation.To Tim and his staff I offer my most sincere thanks for their warmth, attitude of care and exceptional dental care.I will most definitely return to them in the future for any dental care I require.I would highly recommend you do the same.

Went in for a toothache, was told it was a simple filling that could be done then and there. Went in the day after complaining of pain when I bite down/chew- was told it was most likely bruising. I didn’t think that sounded right so went to another dentist. We tried a crown and everything, the pain when biting down was still there. 5 months later and not being able to eat on one side of my mouth I have had my tooth removed at another dental practice.I never had any pain or problems prior to my filling at Vasse dental.

I had the best experience, I got a root canal done with Wendy and Taliah and it's the most relaxed I have ever felt at a dentist. Professional and they did a fantastic job. Wonderful practice and lovely receptionist. Definitely coming back for future appointments.

As like most people, I don't enjoy going to the Dentist. But I have to say my experience with Tim was very positive. Dr Tim Steven was aware of my concerns, clearly explained all my options and dealt with a damaged tooth there and then, continually keeping me informed what was going on and immediately responding to my concerns. Both my wife and Sister-in-law recommended Tim and so do I.
