Pizza quality very poor. The pictured pizza is supposed to be a supreme. There is probably 5 pieces of capsicum on the whole thing and you can probably barely see any in the photo. The toppings barely cover the pizza. It looks like they just dumped the toppings in the middle and then chucked in the oven. The least they could do is spread the toppings a little more evenly. There is also no spring onion as described on the website and very minimal crumbled beef. It mostly looks like large chunks of bacon.

Second time ordering here and both times were awful. Last time the pizzas were missing ingredients and so under cooked that we had to put them under the grill at home. This time the prawns were under cooked and there was beef on both pizzas, one being a vegetarian pizza. They also forgot the sauce swirls that we paid extra for, and both pizzas had pineapple on them for no reason what-so-ever. Called the store and the staff could not sound less interested, and offered us a store credit for two classics when we paid for a premium and classic. Would have been better if they remade them as I had to sit and pick off the beef.Last time we left feedback they gave a coupon for a free pizza that didn't even work and never replied to our query about this. I would honestly give a 0/5 if I could.

Horrible experience food was 2 hours late then when arrived not even a handful of chips pizza were burnt but now cold and absolutely horrible. Staff on the phone very unhelpful had no idea what happened to my order. Will not be ordering again and I'll be sharing my bad experience and photos

The pizza looks like it is not Dominos. Very low quality. Delivered unsliced. The pizza looks like it's cooked from dirty oven. Uncooked crust. I will never order pizza from Andergrove Domino's again. They should never be allowed to sell pizza anymore as they destroyed the Domino's Pizza's reputation.

Ridiculous service I am never going back here again. Ran out of cups whipped cream and can not make a thick shake instead I get handed a flavored milk in cup. I then say I think this is not right they go oh dont know why it done that so they knew it was no good but gave to me anyway. Then they hand me 2 small cups of same milk drink but in a bag soni dont notice till I leave shop...... for a signature item to be so badly made 3 times with no help or care from manager on duty at least he said he was manager when I called I doubt it.

Pizzas were nothing like described, half the menu listed ingredients were missing. Tried to call the store twice, put on hold, they ended the call at the 5 minute mark.Will not ever buy from a dominoes ever again.
