Dealt with Tom B, had my water pump fail on my 2020 Expert Van with 80k on it. Tom was super communicative, helped me to ensure that I ticked all the boxes for the warranty, he streamed lined the process and had my work van back to my team in just over 24hrs. True Gentleman. Great service from Frank and the Citroen team. My car had issues which they found and rectified. The only pain was waiting for a new car seat which will take a few months coming from France but other than that great customer service.

Frank and the service team went above and beyond to get my car back on the road after the emissions tank needed replacing. Having a 24 hour turn-around so l could get back to work was a life saver and on top of the great service, the parts and labour have been covered under (a now expired but covered anyway) warranty. Can’t thank the team enough!

Great staff and service, but signage is poor, no signs on Lorrimer St where the address is given as. It's actually in a Subaru dealer and service centre. There should be some signs on the entrances about peugeot servicing. Other than that everything else is great.

I got over priced a ridiculous amount for a service! I really feel like I got taken advantage of because I’m a female. I’m never taking my car here ever again to get serviced. Will not recommend this place to get your car serviced

Diagnosed my engine fault signal on my Peugeot 5008 and fixed the underlying cause, no problem. Professional service for Peugeots.The only issue is waiting many weeks to get an available service slot which is concerning when you have an engine warning light flashing.

I had to get my 20,000 km service for my Peugeot 3008. I found Melbourne City Peugeot very professional and courteous. The service, being a minor one, cost $400. Only negative is the long wait on the phone and sometime no one returns call.Thanks
