Dropped by HN to look for some furniture for my new apartment. I was assisted by a lovely young woman who helped me look at different options and was very helpful working with me through the options and making a decision. She was very professional and happy to talk to her boss about pricing options etc.In the end a great experience and I got the furniture I'd been thinking about but not necessarily looking to buy straight away, so that's a good sales process right :)

Went in for a quick look and to grab some stuff and one of the staff was really helpful and opened a box so we could look at the product. So overall friendly and helpful staff in my experience so far

Over the years we have had ongoing issues with mattresses - being too soft or too hard or too disruptive. The staff at Harvey Norman were very knowledgeable and patient and guided us through the process and we now have a bed that is wonderfully comfortable and we're both getting a good nights sleep. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any bedding needs. ty HN!

Last three times I have gone to Harvey Norman in Alice Springs (the last time being today) no staff members have offered assistance in electrical sections. There have been staff members around but obviously being paid to just chat to each other/ ignore potential customers. I’ve been to look at dishwashers, washing machines and vacuums. Looked around to catch staff attention, who notice but ignore. Obviously don’t want a sale that badly. Won’t bother going back… will go to Carla’s in future.

Considering it is the only place of it's kind within a 1500km radius you would think customer service would be a strong point. Unfortunately you spend alot of time looking around for assistance and then when you finally find someone the sales staff are not very helpful at allMakes you question hanging over such large amount of cash to them sometimesIf there was another option in Alice Springs I definitely wouldn't recommend Harvey Norman here unfortunately

I tried calling in the store every day from past few days for enquiring about my purchase order however nobody picks the call.I can understand if this happens for one or two time but always same thing is unacceptable.
