Bewong Roadhouse

Sadly disappointing after years of good service and food.We ordered the chicken and avocado sandwich which was both dry and poorly presented with finger marks etched in the bread.The milkshakes were good as was the carrot cake.However the ladies toilets were filthy and the mens were out of order.We will not be going back to try again to we see the under new management sign" up"

Just had an excellent lunch and coffee at Bewong Cafe Roadhouse. The service was very friendly, fast and cheerful. The food was fresh and the coffee was great. Will certainly make that one of our favourite eating places. The prices are very reasonable.

Stopped for a fuel refill, ended up eating at the in-house cafe and WOW! Food and coffee was such a delight. Definitely coming back when I'm around next time.Kudos to the chef.

The fuel station is out of service at the moment, under repairs. The Cafe is still open but make sure to bring cash! I hope they are back up and running full steam again soon as they are a great bunch.

Had lunch at Bewong Roadhouse today. Ordered the chicken and roast pumpkin wrap. It was delicious and the staff were lovely. Very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys.

Friendly & polite staff. One of the best Hamburgers I have ever eaten, everything fresh. Also enjoyable BEACH wrap. Coffee was good too. Do yourself a favor and stop here.

Always try and pop in after hospital treatment am greeted with amazing friendly people nothing is to much trouble!!!!!a delight in this day and age..the food wich is tasty and yummy made by an amazing chef makes me want tocome back again and again. ! Tea and coffee excellent,service is 10 out of 10highly recomend this place . do yourself a favour and stop in u wont regret it. .

My husband and always stopped here to have our coffee/food break for years on our holiday travels down south. We stopped coming because the reviews were bad over a year ago but today decided perhaps we should make our own decision as the recent reviews were much better.WELL IT WAS FABULOUS and brunch was fantastic. Paul had the “big breakfast” and I had the Bacon/eggs on toast (with side of sausage). It was huge and just like something your mum just made you. Coffee (long black double shot) was perfect and tea was Twinings not some cheap tea bag. Staff were friendly and lovely..

This place has clearly changed hands.New Management have yet to get their systems right.The Roadhouse was a genuine roadhouse with excellent food. Renamed as Cafe" the service is shambolic.The food is questionable.This is not the Bewong Roadhouse of old.The coffee was OK but we had rescue it from another table.Ordered a burger in the mistaken belief it would be of Bewong quality. It was poorly constructed. It took a while to find the meat. A tiny dried out patty with little taste.Chips were very ordinary.I'm not sure what they are trying to achieve but it is not what it used to be.A great pity! It ised to be the place to stop for excellent coffee

Just visited the Bewong Roadhouse Cafe for lunch and it is great! Had the chicken and roast vegie wrap - yum! Great coffee, the people are so friendly and the service is excellent. I stop every time I drive up the coast. Thank you!
