Just want to put a shout out to the lovelies at City Chic Marion for excellent customer service and product knowledge. I needed an outfit for the twilight races and I wasn't really keen on having to wear something cocktail". Lolly was the absolute best she made my day. Not only did she find the perfect dress she helped me find the perfect bras that made the dress really sit well. She brought me so many lovely outfits in colours I chose and suggested some other colours/styles I wouldn't have been confident to try if left to my own choices. I ended up leaving with the perfect dress that Lolly chose for me. She really had a great eye for what would suit my body type and skin tone but also sit within colours I was comfortable with. I was having a bad day but her fantastic personality and excellent customer service will have me going back. I left with a fantastic outfit and a smile on my face. The compliments I received on the night proved the choice was the right one for me."

I had such a great experience today, I've never been treated so nicely by both ladies in store. They were helpful and friendly and listened to what I wanted. Made polite suggestions and I felt a million bucks when I left (with more than I planned) I have a more local store but I'll definitely be back to this one

Walked into the store feeling so horrible about myself, lady helped me pick what I needed and was always checking on me, very honest when something was looking average or looking good they let me know, walked out the store so confident and feel so much better about myself ! Thank you lovely ladies

I was served by Caitlin and she was absolutely phenomenal at helping me. Super friendly and attentive, helping me find the perfect size and fit. 10/10 would recommend, good quality clothes and fantastic staff

I was a regular customer..After my most recent encounters with customer service" I am not a customer any longer!They have been unable to even process an order made two weeks ago

Great clothes however when returning in store (after online purchase buying wrong size) the experience has been quite poor at Marion with rushed behaviour and minimal eye contact, and the remarks ‘how many do you have? oh my you DO have a lot. do you have everything ready? get them all out the bag!’ Have the feeling that it’s too much work for them to return online purchases and will go to another store next time instead.

Super friendly if they think you're going to spend money with them but absolutely rabid if you're standing there with a faulty garment that's only been glued together and not actually sewn. I went in with a garment I'd barely worn but had owned for longer than the permitted return window. I only kept the receipt for tax reasons and didn't retain the tag because it was great, I'd been wearing it. And then it was disintegrating and I was advised to return it to the Marion store because of convenience. Attack and negativity as soon as I get to the counter and all the excuses instead of friendliness and actual help. Don't shop in this store, the smiles are false.

Was urgently looking for a coat for my trip to Canberra. Hope at the Marion store was amazing. She was friendly and knew her products. She was very patient and helpful.

Wow! Where do I even start! AMIE I’m hoping that was the girls name .. she is an absolute SUPER STAR I went in after work so tired just looking and the minute I walked in she had a beautiful smile on her face made me feel so welcomed and blessed I knew stright away I was in great professional hands my experience was so friendly and we didn’t stop laughing the whole time Amie is professional great with fashion and super friendly ! I WILL BE HIGHLY RECOMMENDING HER AND THAT SHOP cause everytime I’ve gone in there the girls have been so friendly and happy to help where ever they can ! Can’t wait for next time!!
