Every single employee treats you as though you are their only customer, they take their time and make meaningful suggestions and recommendations. My Fiance spent 4 months planning the ring and they were so patient and highly accommodating (my stone was specially sourced). Buying our wedding bands, the experience has been excellent. I applaud their work ethic and love that they put into their work.

I am lucky enough to have 3 x rings from my favourite jewellery designer, Natalie Marie. From the bespoke design process down to the ring servicing and customer service, every point of contact with NMJ has been a wonderful experience. Sadly, I recently bent my bespoke wedding band, however I was able to organise returning the ring, have it fixed and replated for minimal cost and effort and it was delivered to me looking brand new in just a few weeks. Thanks for your amazing customer service, I am so glad I chose Natalie Marie Jewellery!

After a lot of online research, I decided Natalie Marie Jewellery was the right local company to create a bespoke engagement ring in a style my girlfriend would love.Quickly after sending through some specifications and examples and answering some follow-up questions, I received three design sketches from Em at Natalie Marie Jewellery and, at fairly short notice, was able to arrange an in-person appointment so she could talk me through my options and show me some stones. She was very patient and helpful in guiding my choices in an area I know almost nothing about.I left everything quite late so that the team only had six weeks to get the ring to me in Melbourne before we left for the trip where I was going to propose. They were able to craft a beautiful engagement ring in that time which my fiancee absolutely loves and which everyone says is as stunning and unique as she is. I can't stop grabbing her hand to take a look at it myself. Everyone is also gobsmacked that I had anything to do with the design, so thank you to NMJ for helping me get all this cred!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with NMJ. I was so excited to find a unique and untraditional engagement ring jewellers. Even though the shop is far from me I still wanted to book in for a PROPER consult to try a few rings on. When we arrived it just felt off. Like we were not welcomed. The girl Georgia wasn’t very happy or enthusiastic and didn’t know too much about the “new collection” which we found weird as that’s the main point of the job to know what you sell. She grabbed the rings I was interested in and then just stood in the middle of the shop with her box of rings rather than taking us into a private room or even to the side or near the counter to have privacy to discuss and try as it seemed they had double booked. This would have been fine but another employee walked in with her friends and were being very loud and interrupted us. Even though I found a ring I liked, something wasn’t sitting right. It was really expensive for what it was, plus the bad service making us feel uncomfortable. Plus the lack of communication or very delayed. I decided to not get my engagement ring here. I found a jeweller in QVB who will do the same ring but higher quality, with MUCH better service and quick communication for half the price. Sorry to have to leave a bad review here but you guys honestly need to work on your service when wanting people to purchase an expensive item that is generally supposed to be a special experience. Very unfortunate to have lost a sale over little things like this.

My mother and I went to Natalie Marie in Avalon yesterday to by a 60th birthday ring for her. Daniel was so lovely to mum and he explained the companies philosophy and helped her chose the right ring. We were so impressed with his warmth and obvious passion. We will definitely be back! I had an absolutely amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door at Natalie Marie to shop for an engagement ring. The shop is beautiful and the staff and jewellers are amazing. Our bespoke jeweller Em took great care of us and helped design and create the perfect rings for my partner and I. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we look forward to returning for our wedding bands. The quality of the jewellery is incredible here and I would recommend this jeweller to anyone. I'm not a huge lover of the traditional engagement rings - the white diamond single solitaire, but Em helped craft the most amazing salt and pepper diamond ring for me that i never thought i'd love so much!

We purchased our wedding rings from Natalie Marie Jewellery last year over lockdown, so everything including the viewing of rings was done virtually. The team was so helpful in making this process as seamless as possible, and even assisted in helping us work out what size we needed virtually too. Stunning Engagement and perfect wedding rings both from this charming, Sydney based, beautiful and hand crafted designer. Service is fantastic and quality of the product is second to none. Worth the drive to Avalon as well... the store is nothing like a jeweller... we couldn’t be happier!
