Great burgers with fantastic veg and vegan options. Onion rings are top notch. Staff are very friendly without being overbearing. Only thing I'd like to see more of is better local beer options.

Decided to go Grill’d on a fine Saturday night, and boy did it brighten my night. Sweet potato chips were good, burger was great and the hospitality was amazing. The man who served us who I unfortunately did not get the name of has done this burger chain proud. 5/5

A good fast food option. I like being able to order & pay from my phone whilst sitting at our table. Food came out fast. Service was good. I found the burger to be small I’m size for how much it costs. We didn’t really enjoy the herb salt on the fries and nor were they cooked enough. Plenty of seating, spaciously set apart. Good place to go and eat before going to the cinema as you can buy a cheap movie ticket with a burger purchase.

The worst sweet potato wedges I ever had. I asked for a fresh batch and the chef just put it back in the deep fryer and sent it back all soggy and oily, what a shame. The deep fried zucchini is a good idea but I was disappointed, very oily.

Always a stellar job by the team here, they go above and beyond to ensure a great experience is had by all!! Today I ordered from my phone before going to see the new 'Fast X' I had to get myself a corona for the occasion and was worried about not getting a slice of lemon or lime. To my delight the staff member brought the drink over and proceeded to ask which citrus delight I would like, they then took it back, finished my beverage and brought it back over to me. Service was prompt and polite with a very positive atmosphere in the restaurant. If you're a 'burger goer' this is a spot you simply can't miss!

Had our first burger here and I had mixed emotions.Positives are: good quality burgersNegatives are: chips and onion rings where below standard oily and service in paper cups!!!Atmosphere was nice but really not value for money my opinion. Two small sized burgers one small chips one small onion rings and two drinks for $80.....

Stopped in here for lunch.Burgers were absolutely delicious, and the staff were very accommodating to our changes we made on the burgers.Polite at the door and very clean.Tried the zucchini chips and they were very yummy, would recommend a try.Thanks again Grill’d Team

These guys were amazing, if you were working here on 16/05/2023 you made my whole year! Food is always delicious but the customer service was incredible. Guys in bandannas had excellent dancing skills #table49

so good. I came here recently and found the food was very pleasant. despite the restaurant being quite busy, I got my food I under 10 minutes, and the staff were extremely welcoming. slay.
