Great friendly mechanic. Had some emergency repairs done on my suspension. The mechanic was half way through his lunch and insisted on a speedy repair to keep us on our schedule. He was so helpful and managed to get us back on the road with piece of mind. Can't recommend enough!!

Absolutely amazing!! Excellent customer service and good old fashioned service. Fixed the electrical problem I had with my Volkswagen and saved me a lot of money by not having to take it to a Volkswagen dealer. FANTASTIC!!

Broke down on Maryborough coolloa road they went above and beyond and offered a tow service back to the work shop and got us back on the road can't thank the team enough for getting us back to rainbow for our holiday highly recommended.

Recently, my motorhome refused to restart whilst checking into the Rainbow Beach Village Caravan park. The caravan park owner was very obliging offering help, a tractor jump start, telephone calls etc but I couldn’t find any help in Rainbow beach, even though we had determined the problem to be a failed starter motor.A phone call to Bay Auto Services in Cooloola Bay and they readily said they could help even though they were busy themselves. Trio towing put my vehicle on a flat top and by 2.30pm I was in the yard at Bay Auto Services.They’d already determined which starter motor I needed and ordered it from the Sunshine Coast for delivery the next day. The business owner was fantastic and obliging allowing me to connect to power so my fridge food didn’t spoil and allowed me to stay with my vehicle overnight.The starter motor arrived by courier the next afternoon and was installed by Danny. By 5.00pm, I was back on the road - pretty good service over a thirty hour turnaround since I’d contacted them the previous day at midday.Furthermore, I was very pleased with the cost of repair, with Bay Auto Services finding a keenly priced Starter motor, coupled with a reasonable labour cost.Bay Auto Services got me out of my predicament when others fobbed me off. I highly recommend their mechanical services but also their personable touch in doing business.

Awesome service. Had to have emergency repairs carried out on my son’s vehicle. They managed to fit us in and completed repairs the same day at a very reasonable price. Great service and very friendly. Highly recommend these guys.

Booked in for an overdue service, with requested wiper blade change and a front & rear bulb replacement. Wipers not done. Front bulb done, rear bulb not done & they caused some electrical fault which they advised they would book me in to have all finalised. I left there with NO reverse lights & shorting out electrics when starting engine. Haven't ever heard back from them in 2 months.
